Usability Engineer Positions at BMC Software

Title: Usability Engineer (one opening at each site)
Locations: Houston, TX (senior position)
Waltham, MA (staff position)
Tel-Aviv, Israel (senior position)
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
These positions involve working directly with BMC software developers across the range of user-centered design activities,
including:
* Requirements gathering
* Workflow and task analysis
* User interface design
* Prototyping
* Heuristic evaluations
* Usability testing
* Analysis of test results
QUALIFICATIONS
Masters or higher degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering Human Factors or related discipline, or demonstrated proficiency and experience in the field of usability/human factors and user interface design. Five plus years usability experience is desired for senior position, two plus years desired for staff position.
