As a Senior Usability Engineer you will be responsible for delivering = project plans to ensure a User - Centered Design process is followed. = You will educate development and product management in UCD principles. = Successful candidates will independently carry out all aspects of = usability activities, including planning, justification, recruitment, = logistics, conducting evaluations, analyzing results, documenting = issues, and proposing and prioritizing recommendations.
The qualified candidate must have 5+ years experience conducting = usability studies. Proven ability to plan and conduct usability tests = cognitive walkthroughs, heuristic evaluations task and needs analysis = and other usability methodologies.
Successful candidates will have proficiency in design and prototyping as = well as expertise in information and application architecture. Extensive = knowledge in Windows OS, HTML, JavaScript and Java is required. = Experience with Thick and Thin- Client enterprise software is preferred.
