User Experience Strategist, London

Leading full service agency seek a UEX strategist to provide strategic insight into site development projects, develop clear project briefs and champion customer, competitor and commercial insights into project developments.
Working closely with IA's, Account Planners , Data Analysts, Project Managers and clients the UEX strategist will be resposnsible for meeting the needs of both customer and client.
Duties will include:
Liasing with clients to agree project briefs Conducting research and analysis to inform projects Specifying research objectives Working with Research Manager in producing topical, relevant industry developments of interest to clients Conducting primary/secondary research into online consumer behaviour
The ideal candidate will bring 3yrs exp in site development and optimisation, experience in conducting qualitative research, proven ability to develop project briefs for IA's and Copy Writers.
