Title: Customer Experience Lead / Information Architect / Business Analyst
Job Description:
As CE Lead, the person in this position will:
*Produce information architecture deliverables in support of project business requirements.
*Specify the Operations and Design sections of the overall project schedule.
*Work with the project's business lead to write the sections of the business requirements that cover Operations, Call Center, Customer Experience, and Functional Design.
*Identify and document major Operations and Customer use cases.
*Develop functional wireframes (wire frames) and GUI prototypes.
*Coordinate usability testing.
*Develop and implement the content deployment plan in the Content Management System.
*Identify changes to Operations and Call Center processes, workflows, canned e-mails, and phone scripts.
*Identify error triggers and specify appropriate response.
*Write detailed documentation and regular status reports.
*Write the functional specification document that includes the use cases, operations process flows, screen navigational flows, and screenshots from the wireframes with page by-page business rules and page specifications.
*Coordinate training, communication, and implementation plans for Lines of Business, Operations, and Call Centers.
*Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) portion of test plan.
*Verify processes and designs are working in production.
*Establish, plan, direct, and implement the user interface design for projects.
The role is not:
*A Web application developer
*A systems/data architect
*IT project manager
*Graphic designer
