This role would best suit a business analyst early into their career, and would especially suit someone with a desire to be involved in the more human/HCI aspects of computing such as GUI/User Interface Design.

The person: Personality is as important, if not more important than experience. We are looking for a exceptional communicator who is able to elicit complex requirements from the business, someone with initiative, who is able to influence and ‘make things happen’.
Essential Requirements
At least 1 year of formal/commercial experience in a blend of Change Management, User Requirements Mapping and Business Analysis
At least 1 years of experience of developing requirements for application software (MIS systems such as mail systems, document management systems, hr/payroll systems)
Proven abilities in challenging the status quo, and/or obtaining sponsorship/buy-in from senior management
Desired Requirements
Management Consultancy, Software House or Technical Prof Services background
Consistency in employment, track record of rapid career progression
Team Leading abilities
European language skills
Interests outside of work other than Reading, Socialising, Cooking, Music and DIY~!
Experience in OO, RUP, XP (Xtreme Programming), RAD, SSADM or DSDM helpful.
They are located on the Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire border, commutable from North or Central London, Stevenage, Royston, Baldock, Saffron Walden, Bury St Edmunds, Welwyn Garden City, Hitchin, Colchester, Chelmsford, Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Bedford, Huntingdon or East Peterborough
