Research Chair, Digital World Research Centre, Surrey
The Digital World Research Centre at the University of Surrey is seeking a distinguished, dynamic and internationally recognised senior researcher to continue the development of its multidisciplinary programme. Candidates should have a social science background and an interest in the development and use of information technologies. A proven track record in attracting funding from research councils, commercial and other funders is essential. The appointment will be at professorial level and the appointee would be expected to enhance the Centre’s research profile in innovative areas and to provide academic leadership for the Centre’s MSc in Digital Technologies and Society.
