Job Title: CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY - Human Factors Engineer
Location: South Jordan, Utah
Reports To: Human Factors Engineering Manager
Job Description:
LANDesk Software is currently looking for Human Factors Engineers for a contract opportunity at our South Jordan location.
Ideal Candidates will have the following experience and capabilities:
+ 2 years real-world experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree (psychology, design, computer science, or HCI-related degree preferred).
+ Demonstrated competence as a hands-on human factors practitioner (experience with contextual inquiry methodology and prototype creation preferred).
+ Interaction and UI design experience on more than one platform type, such as both Win32 GUI and web applications.
+ Design experience with technical, large-scale systems.
+ Demonstrated ability to work closely with development, product management, writers, and other interaction designers.
+ Demonstrated experience delivering assignments.
