User Experience Leader, Oracle

We are looking for a User Experience leader for Oracle's entire Application Server Platform, which is a middleware suite consisting of Integration, J2EE application server, Portals, Business Intelligence, Security and Identity management, Wireless and IDE/Developer tools. This is a senior product management position reporting to the division VP/Chief Strategy Officer.
Location: Redwood Shores, California at Oracle HQ
Responsibilities include:
1) Lead the definition, prioritization and delivery plans for unified design time and unified end user experience for Oracle Application Server Platform.
2) Become very knowledgeable in competing products, stay on top of market trends, and coordinate customer/field input that drives UI requirements and enhanced user experience.
3) Work with PMs from Application Server Platform component product teams (Integration, Portals, BPM, Business Intelligence), architects, development managers, and executives to specify UI features and functionality, for Oracle Application Platform Suite.
4) Identify and resolve inconsistencies in user-visible features, concepts, functions, across the organization.
5) Oversee and coordinate usability analysis and detailed design, working closely with development staff and UI engineers in component product teams.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in relevant positions e.g. senior product management or strategic planning.
Knowledge of user interface and HCI methodologies. Experience working with designers, graphic artists, and other UI professionals.
Experience with Enterprise Software, especially Web Services, Business Process Management, Portal, or Integration technologies is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all levels of a large 1000+ person organization.
Strong schedule discipline and organizational skills.
