SpireMedia, Denver's leading interactive agency, seeks an Information Architect [IA].

SpireMedia creates web sites and other web-based applications in multi-disciplinary teams including Information Architects, Graphic Designers and Developers. The IA is responsible for numerous functions in the development process, including:

-Requirements analysis
-Site structure
-Navigation
-Functional specification
-Prototype development [primarily in HTML] -Usability/user research methods, including one-to-one testing -Client communications

-- REQUIRED CAPABILITIES AND APTITUDES -- -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Knowledge of human factors, specifically in terms of human-computer interaction -Fluency in industry-standard development methodologies and documentation -A solid understanding of design and the design process -An understanding of user-centered design and the ability to articulate its importance -Dreamweaver, Visio

-- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE --
-Two years’ experience as an information architect, preferably in an agency environment.
-Experience leading a requirements analysis effort and conducting a JAD session or similar collaborative requirements analysis session.

-- OTHER --
