Qualifications / Experience:
Qualifications: >* 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in applied usability > testing methods working under peer review with a usability or > user-centered design team and in applying these skills to the > design and development of web-based systems. >* Demonstrated ability to produce ecologically valid test designs > that answer a key research question, while understanding the > impact on other variables in the user's environment. >* Previous experience working with a UI team producing designs > for networking products. >* Skilled at various forms of data gathering, including at least > three types of formal usability studies and surveys. >* Graduate degree in Cognitive Psychology, Industrial > Design, or related HCI field.
