Overview
The Information Architect is a key role and involves championing the
user experience on all our client's online channels to make sure the
end-user has the best possible interaction with our company, brand
or service.
The Interactive Media department is responsible for several key
online channels, available in 11 languages and for 16 territories,
and the online gaming portal.
Main responsibilities
• champion the user experience on all online channels to make
sure the end-user has the best possible interaction with our
company, brand or service
• have an integral understanding of the relevant target
groups, their needs and desires and how best to realise these
• create high level concepts for new services and improve
existing services through a thorough understanding of user behaviour
• prepare all relevant documentation, including site-maps,
wireframes etc
Essential Skills & Experience
• worked as an Information Architect for at least 3 years
• documentation in the form of site-maps, wireframes,
prototypes, functional specs, process flows, case studies, paper
prototypes and any other IA/Usability related material
• the role involves interaction across a range of team members
such as designers, developers, business analysts and project
stakeholders. Therefore the ability to analyse and communicate your
concepts with clarity is essential.
• excellent time management and ability to multi-task
• team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• educated to a degree level
Desirable Skills & Experience
• experience in leisure, gaming or entertainment industry
inside a large corporate framework
• experience of interactive television
• experience of usability testing and how this has influenced
your work
• experience of working with Content Management Systems and
templated solutions
• experience of working on large web projects
• functional prototype development skills through a mark up or
programming language
• additional European language skills and experience in
dealing with other European countries
