Reporting to the Leader of Web Channels, the Leader, User Experience will be responsible for working with the business and technology teams to identify, prioritize, develop and implement all new capabilities for D&B's Small Business and Retail websites. These sites currently generate $20 million annually and this Leader position is accountable for growing this base substantially by evolving the current sites, and developing new and innovative approaches to generate ongoing revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the user experience and strategy of the Small Business and Retail Web sites.
- Work with customers, product owners, marketing and technology to identify and prioritize site enhancements and capabilities.
- Translate these opportunities into specific initiatives by creating business and functional requirements, and manage the development, testing and launch of these initiatives.
- Work with the analytics team to understand customer behavior on the site and the results of various initiatives, and drive improvements based on these insights.
- Define and implement online and offline usability tests to guide development efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years professional experience with a background in the Internet.
- Strategic thinker who has spent time developing new and innovative ways to use the Internet as a means of product deliver.
- Experience in product marketing or product development within high-volume, successful web environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technology, finance and business unit leaders.
- MBA preferred.
