Create and communicate your point of view regarding research applications for design solutions.
Lextant is currently reviewing portfolios for qualified Senior Design Research professionals to lead project teams in our Columbus, Ohio office. At Lextant, you will provide customer insight for design and strategy problems, join and contribute to a growing team, and work on exciting programs for interactive, retail, consumer product, and brand design.

~ preferred 7+ years of experience in design research for product and/or retail design
~ must have experience with of a wide range of user research techniques
~ must have experience planning and managing user research programs
~ wide range of analytical skills with qualitative data
~ preferred advanced degree in design or social sciences with specialization in research
~ must be self-motivated, good communicator
~ must have awareness and point of view on industry developments and market needs
~ experience in proposal writing and development of new client relationships
~ strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive and profitable client relationships
~ able to produce results collaboratively in a team environment
~ able to motivate, train, and mentor team members with new research skills
~ experience as a consultant a plus
~ some travel required
