Responsibilities:
Candidate will be primarily responsible for conducting hands-on research for Adobe products, which may include ethnographic observation, interviews, usability studies, diary studies, contextual inquiries, web-tracking, and heuristic evaluations. Candidate will collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and product teams to ensure the design and development of user-centered products.
Qualifications:
MA, MS or PhD in Social or Cognitive Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 3 or more years experience in research methodologies and/or data collection and analyses.
Must be highly effective and efficient at identifying and implementing both strategic and tactical user research activities.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to actively engage with senior management, product teams, and users.
Must have passion and enthusiasm for developing great, user-centered products. Business user /enterprise research experience a plus, as is experience with web-tracking.
