Mobile Operator or Mobile Devices Manufacturer User Interface or Usability Expert

I am looking for a consultant/contractor for 6 months must have very recent experience with either a mobile operator or handset manufacturer doing user interface design, or end to usability. Ideally with a qualification in HCI, psychology or a related subject manager

pay between 300 and 450 per day
