Interaction Designers Instrata

Instrata is a people-centred strategic research and interactive design consultancy, developing new ideas for products and services for major technology companies. Instrata is an eight-strong team of designers, anthropologists, technologists and strategists, operating across Europe and based in the UK.

Instrata is looking for 2 freelance interaction designers who will have the opportunity to develop innovative solutions for a broad range of products, including interactive devices, mobile handsets and services, software applications, web sites and product concepts.

Required experience:
. You will be expected to develop concepts for the overall interaction
of a product, and have the ability to work a concept through to its detailed design.

. You will have 2-7 years experience in interaction design, with an
education in a design discipline.

. You may be familiar with simulation tools such as flash and
director.

. You could be expected to be a lead interaction designer on a
project.

. You will have excellent presentation, communication and
interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to communicate complex processes at all levels.

. You will have excellent project management skills, showing the
ability to prioritise and plan activities, taking factors such as deadlines and resource requirements into account.

. You will have the ability to work independently and show initiative,
as well as work as a member of a team.

. You will have the ability to produce outstanding work.
