Position: Senior Usability consultant
Serco Usability Services is the UK's longest established usability
and user-centred design consultancy with offices in London and a
sister group (Hiser) in Australia. Commercial clients include T-
Mobile, Telewest, the BBC, and Kingfisher Group. Government clients
include the Department of Health, DTI, and Defra. We work on
numerous applications and across all technologies from websites,
digital TV, mobile phones to consumer electronics. For further

Due to our continued success we have an opening for a Senior
Usability Consultant. The successful applicant will have:
- At least 3 years relevant consultancy experience
- Expertise in the range of usability activities (from user needs
analysis, concept definition to usability testing)
- Strong facilitation skills (for both meetings and user sessions)
- Strong business development and account management skills (with a
track record of winning business)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- At least a Masters level education in a relevant field
- Creativity and the vision to work with design teams
- Project and team management expertise
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- An outgoing and confident personality
- Excellent computer and document creation skills
