The Group

services for Sprint Corporation.

Overland Park, Kansas.
* We are a diverse team of about 40 people
-designers, researchers, visual designers, technical writers, project managers and developers with a variety of education and experience.
* We affect the way over 20 million people
communicate every day.
The Work
* We impact the total user experience for Sprint
products and services. In most cases, we create it.
* From ideation to production, we participate in all
stages of product development.
* We conduct research up front and along the way to
guide, challenge, and verify our decisions.
* Voice, data, web, print, software, hardware-we do
it all.
The Fit
We seek people who...
* Have an advanced degree in Human Factors
Psychology or a related discipline. Ph.D. preferred.
* Candidates should have 5 or more years of
experience in customer experience design.
* Understand that the best and most profitable
products are designed for the end user.
* Can make a difference by applying appropriate
evaluation methods.
* Know how to develop and articulate product
concepts.
* Will contribute to a team effort to ensure the
usability of all Sprint products and services.
