We are looking for a usability oriented individual to join our team to build a large application for a manufacturing company.
The application in question is a standalone authoring environment for engineers working within a highly specific, technical domain. The role would involve storyboarding all aspects of the UI experience in particular and contributing to the overall design of the application in general.
The applicant must have several years experience with user interface design and usability of software systems. It is critical that the individual have proven working experience translating high level use cases into storyboards that can guide the development team and achieve ‘buy in’ from the client.
The analysis phase of the project is in full swing so the role would require quickly gaining a good grasp of the business requirements and technical constraints. Individual should posses a keen design sense and an expert level knowledge of usability best practices.
Start Date – Immediate
