Senior Usability, American Family Insurance

American Family Insurance, in Madison, WI is looking for a senior usability professional to add to their large and growing Usability Services team immediately. The position is a long term (3+ months, with potential for much longer) contracting position. The Usability Services team is made up of 15 usability professionals. The team supports an I/S division of approximately 1,400. Typical tasks include:
· UI design (from requirements gathering, through to storyboarding and prototype development)
· Information architecture
· Evaluations
· Usability testing (AmFam has a formal testing lab that is constantly in use)
And, depending on skill set, may include:
· Project management
· Standards development
· Accessibility
In the AmFam environment, Usability Services team members are often asked to work on multiple projects simultaneously, so good time management skills are a must.
