Number Of Consultants Needed:
2 - 4 (1 -2 in Columbus, Ohio and 1 - 2 in Des Moines, Iowa)
Positions are for both Usability Engineers and Sr. Usability Engineers / Project Leads
Length of Assignment:
Initial term is 6 months with a 6 month extension
Job Information:
Web Usability Engineer with Visual Design experience if possible
Need to be able to do Wire frames (Visio, PowerPoint)
PhotoShop, Illustrator, and/or HTML
Would prefer at least 4 years experience (7 plus years for lead positions) with Web Usability Engineering/Visual communications design and field research experience
Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance is desired but not required
Job duties will include (not exhaustive list):
Evaluation of Web sites/applications for conformance to industry best practice with written reporting Work as part of research team Prepare usability research project timelines, scripts, questionnaires, and reports
Provide support in establishing User Centered Design and visual compliance processes) including site inventory
Prepare wire frames and information hierarchy /usability recommendations
