IA/CE Lead, JPMorgan/Chase

IA/CE Lead, the person in this position will:

1. As part of an IA team, establish, plan, direct, and implement the user interface design for wide ranging Bank projects, while maintaining adherence to corporate and ADA standards.

2. Develop a customer experience project plan for rollup into the overall project schedule using MS Project.

3. Work with the project's business lead to write the sections of the business requirements that cover User Interface Design, Customer Experience, Adviser, and Call Center.

4. Proactively interface with Business, Architecture, Development, and Test Leads to ...

* Identify and completely document end to end customer use cases.
* Develop functional wireframes and GUI prototypes in HTML. (Dreamweaver is a plus)
* Write the functional specification document that includes the use cases, operations process flows, screen navigational flows, screenshots from wireframes with page by-page business rules

5. Work with business leads, content team, and editors to develop a complete content plan. Identify error triggers and specify appropriate responses.

6. Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) portion of test plan.

7. Write detailed documentation and regular status reports

8. Work with Operations and Call Center Leads identify changes to Operations and Call Center processes, workflows, canned e-mails, and phone scripts.

9. Participate in usability testing and incorporate results in overall design strategy.

10. Coordinate training, communication, and implementation plans for Lines of Business, Operations, and Call Centers.

11. Verify processes and designs are working in production as part of launch day activities.

Desired Background or Training:

5+ years related experience. Experience with the Internet and/or Internet-related projects. A minimum of two years project management preferred. Excellent multitasking ability to coordinate multiple projects, facilitates meetings across business lines and vendors, and meets both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines. Must possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of banking software, project management tools and flowcharting. Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making and leadership skills are essential. Works under minimum direction and uses independent judgment in decision-making. Must work well in a geographically dispersed team environment.
