nForm User Experience Consulting is a leading Canadian UX firm. We are experiencing rapid growth, and have an immediate opportunity for an intermediate or senior consultant. This is a full-time position, located in Edmonton, Alberta. No relocation assistance is available.

SALARY & BENEFITS

Competitive salary based on experience, plus benefits.
We will review salary in 6 months, and then annually. Raises and optional bonuses based on billings, skill development, and achieving career objectives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT NFORM
--------------------------------------------------------------------
All our consultants are involved in research, design, and evaluation activities. Excellent interpersonal skills are required for client-facing engagements.
We expect you to take a leadership role on client engagements, interacting directly with clients and partners to deliver outstanding service and results.
You should be able to show us deliverables relating to core user experience and consulting activities, such as:
* Business Discovery: interviews with internal stakeholders, requirements analysis, metrics.
* User Research: task analysis, user profiles, conceptual models.
* Content Work: content analysis and modeling, site architecture, categorization schemes, metadata.
* Interaction+Interface Design: functional specifications, interaction flows, scenarios, use cases, wireframes, user interface specifications.
* Evaluation: usability evaluation and usability testing, reporting and recommendations.
* General Web Experience - RSS, blogging, content management, CSS, XHTML (this is important, but secondary to user experience skills).
Comfort presenting to groups, facilitating and leading meetings, and excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking are important to your success in creating long-term client value.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN INTERMEDIATE AND SENIOR CONSULTANT?

Besides having more overall experience, Senior Consultants are responsible for Project Management, Account Management, and Business Development. Senior consultants also contribute to our internal methods and ongoing practice development.
