An ADID (ADID) directs all aspects of creative work for complex projects, from interactive strategy to detailed functional design to presentation specification. The ADID manages Digitas creative teams and collaborates with clients to deliver an effective user centered design.
An ADID creates and substantially influences the development of engagement models and project plans for all phases of interactive design. The ADID collaborates across capabilities on interactive strategies. In particular, the ADID creates and implements contextual and ethnographic research plans, guides the analysis of existing research and site metrics, and directs the development of customer experience models. The ADID also guides and supports research into and articulation of active, online branding.
An ADID directs the detailed functional and content design and ensures that the design adheres to a marketing strategy. The ADID develops usability research plans for the project, and directs the design, implementation, and analysis of research. The ADID manages the creative team to deliver on-strategy design and comprehensive documentation.
