Bilingual Usability Test Moderators, Catalyst

My company is planning a research study in Tokyo and we need some assistance, on a contract basis, with usability test moderation. Basically, we will be testing audience reactions to a website prototype via one-on-one "qualitative" interviews. We need a research facility in Tokyo, assistance with recruiting test participants and moderating the test itself. We are going to test versions of the site in Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese -- although the tests will be conducted in English. Ideally, we would find test moderators who are bilingual in the 3 languages who can clarify / translate on the fly as needed. We will handle developing the testing script and analyzing results.
Can anyone offer help suggestions regarding bilingual moderators and / or recruiters / test facilities in Tokyo?
