Océ Display Graphics Systems (ODGS) has an R&D facility located in Richmond BC. I act as the in-house recruiter for the facility. We design and manufacture large format color printers for media widths from 54" to 75" , both roll-fed and flatbed equipment. User Interface Software Engineer
Job Description:
As a user interface software engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of user interface development on Oce’s imaging products. You will be responsible for analyzing user interface requirements and designs, programming, testing and trouble shooting during system integration, and documenting complex code implementations.
Required:
* BS degree in EE or CS
* 5 years experience developing MMI type interfaces using Microsoft
Windows
* MFC, WTL, ASP and C/C++ experience
* Object oriented design/programming
* Strong system level trouble shooting experience
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Highly motivated and able to work independently
Desired:
* Touch screen and web based user interface development
* Microsoft Windows CE development experience
* Embedded real-time programming experience
* Strong documentation skills
* Graphics imaging industry experience
