Are you looking to join a dynamic, industry leading interactive agency and technology consulting company?
Avenue A/Razorfish has an immediate opening for an Experience Lead in our Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale offices. As a member of our User Experience community, you would work with our strategy, creative, and technology teams to create smart, innovative solutions for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking a leadership role in developing transactional, informational, and marketing websites
Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and translating them into creative concepts
Leading and/or participating in immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing
Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of user research and focus the teams design efforts on the needs of key users
Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of concepts to clients
Developing and documenting detailed user experience specifications for highly interactive interfaces
Qualifications:
Masters degree in a related field, such as human-computer interaction, graphic design, or industrial design
5+ years experience as an information architect, interaction designer, or experience designer (or similar role)
Demonstrated ability to design complex transactional interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems
Demonstrated experience observing user research and translating user research into design decisions
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Experience in client services and negotiating business decisions
Willingness to travel
