Interactive Designer

Key Responsibilities

· Synthesize input from engineering, product management, customer support, QA and customers to refine product requirements and designs.
· Prepare user interface specification requirements documents consisting of conceptual models, process flows, navigational maps, mockups and/or interaction flow diagrams.
· Capture and succinctly document design decisions, assumptions and rationale.
· Develop and enforce a UI style guide for all our CAS applications.
· Design, plan execute and analyze usability tests for all applications.
· Definition and promotion of User Interface Standards within the CAS arena.
· Review existing CAS applications for inconsistencies and adherence to UI style and plan corrective actions.
· Work with Project and Program Management to develop application work schedules.
· Ensure all specifications and standards are maintained for each application
· Become an expert user of CAS applications - champion end user experience of product from novice to expert
· Evaluate and implement utilities and/or toolsets to improve the efficiency of the application design process.
