This is job posting for USAA Corporation in San Antonio.
USAA Corporation is currently searching for a Senior Customer Experience Analyst to join our Customer Experience team that resides in the Enterprise Business Operations group at our headquarters in San Antonio (boy, that's a mouthful, eh?) This professional will provide broad consulting and voice of the customer skills for the staff and business areas of across the USAA enterprise and will lead and influence projects that have high-impact to the business and the membership. For this key role, we require a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience coupled with 5+ years experience in research or a closely related field.
We would love to speak with those lucky folks who also possess an advanced college degree in a research-related field (such as market research, social science, or user-centered design) that have deep experience leading teams in identifying appropriate research method and in planning and executing customer research and usability projects. The selected candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and will have a demonstrated ability to brief senior management.
Lastly, the ability to synthesize data from a variety of sources and apply to a business issue will critical in this position.
