Webcredible, a leading London-based usability and accessibility consultancy, is recruiting! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, talented senior usability consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a masters degree in Human Computer Interaction (or equivalent) and at least three years industry experience. Most importantly though, you'll have a strong desire to develop yourself, learn, and advance your skills and knowledge.
We don't believe in hand-holding so you'll be given lots of responsibility from day one, although we'll always be at hand to give you the support you need.
You'll be responsible for coordinating client projects, liaising with clients, and developing the company usability offering. The role involves:
- Managing and developing relationships with clients
- Overseeing a growing usability team
- Coordinating usability projects from start to finish
- Assisting with sales pitches and proposals
- Developing the range of usability offerings to clients
