Position Title: Senior Web Designer
Duration: Fulltime
Description:
Qualified candidate will be designing for national brands in a fun and rewarding Philadelphia-based agency environment. Fulltime position w/benefits.
Will create and develop concepts and online brands, executing designs and maintaining visual consistencies through all phases of a project. Must understand how web users behave in 2005, have strong verbal communication skills, be conceptual, strategic and client-savvy. Candidates must have 3+ years experience designing for the web and working in a complex design environment.
Desired skills:
* Web design and layout
* A strong understanding of web usability and information architecture
* Working knowledge of HTML
* Web Standards knowledge
* A love of typography (including hypertext)
* Designing for CSS-based layouts
* Expert Photoshop and Illustrator
* Search engine optimization & marketing techniques a plus
* Flash production a plus
* Ecommerce experience a plus
