Webcredible, a leading London-based usability and accessibility consultancy, is recruiting! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, talented usability consultant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will ideally have a masters degree in Human Computer Interaction (or equivalent) or comparable industry experience, coupled with exceptional communication skills. Most importantly though, you'll have a strong desire to develop yourself, learn, and advance your skills and knowledge.
We don't believe in hand-holding so you'll be given lots of responsibility from day one, although we'll always be at hand to give you the support you need. You'll initially receive intensive training to enhance your knowledge and will then be responsible for delivering our services to our clients.
The role involves:
- Managing usability projects from start to finish
- Liaising with clients and presenting your work to them
- Carrying out and writing up expert usability evaluations
- Preparing, conducting and reporting on usability testing
- Creating wireframes for websites
- Researching and planning out site structures
