User Interface Engineer, IBM Global Services

This experienced professional User Interface Engineer role manages projects and leads teams. Employees in this role must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. They design interfaces, navigation, and retrieval methods for information to enhance ease of use. They work with marketing and product development teams to create specifications based on user scenarios and personas. Employees in this role understand Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Information Development theory, tools, and processes. They must also understand user research - especially as part of HCI or User Engineering (UE) processes. Java, HTML, SQL, and UI skills essential.
Candidate Must Have :
User Interface design background

Understand research, as part of HCI or User Engineering processes
Knowledge of Java, HTML, SQL
Strong "visual designer"
