Job Title: Web Design Lead

Design Leads at WebLinc create and develop concepts and online brands, executing designs and maintaining visual consistencies through all phases of a project.

Must understand how web users behave in 2005, have strong verbal communication skills, be conceptual, strategic and client-savvy. Candidates must have 3+ years experience designing for the web and working in a complex design environment.

Desired skills

* Web design and layout
* A strong understanding of web usability and information architecture
* Information design
* Working knowledge of HTML
* Web Standards experience
* A love of typography (including hypertext)
* Designing for CSS-based layouts
* Expert Photoshop and Illustrator
* Search engine optimization techniques a plus
* Flash production a plus
* Ecommerce experience helpful
