ARC Worldwide has immediate openings for full-time Experience Planners and subcontractors in New York City, Chicago, San Francisco & London, UK. We're looking for individuals who are skilled in a full spectrum of Experience Planning assignments, including:
o understanding business objectives and user wants, needs and expectations o planning, executing and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research o facilitating collaborative work sessions o planning long-term user experience measurement o synthesizing research; translating research to solutions o modeling behavior and process/task flows o creating persona/scenarios/storyboards o creating cross-channel marketing plans o creating information architectures, interaction diagrams, page-level wireframes o defining functional requirements o creating content matrices o planning, facilitating, analyzing and reporting on usability testing o consulting on the visual design and development of user interfaces
