Senior Analyst, User Centered Research
Position Overview:
Help to create the total user experience for Sprint’s products and services through the execution of user-centered research in support of the product development and the product’s life-cycle.
Specifically will conduct ethnographic interviewing, behavioral observation and focus group moderation to include; selecting the research method, survey design, selection of sampling method to qualitative and quantitative data analyses. Add value to team by partnering with User-Centered Design (UCD) teams to identify end-user needs, product consumption process, and product functionality, ensuring research findings are accurately captured by design objectives and coordinating testing of product/service designs against design criteria to identify points of departure.
Selected Candidate Will Bring To The Table:
1. Enjoyment of utilizing analytic skills to find
multiple solutions to a problem by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
2. A Master’s degree in Anthropology, Psychology or
Sociology, and two years of experience conducting field research.
