Senior and Mid Level UI Designers for Enterprise Software Developer My client in Illinois is currently seeking a Senior and Mid level User Interface Designer. They will be responsible for the "Look and Feel" of their new software products, will work with product marketing as well as the Director of Next Generation Product Development designing and developing features and functionality, will produce detailed UI, functional and behavioral specifications from product requirement documents. These specifications detail the look, operation, and expected behavior of the product functionality and serve as the basis for all downstream development activities.
In order to be successful in this role, experience with tools like HTML, Flash, Macro Media, Photoshop is preferred. Experience with experimental and cognitive design psychology and a BSc Degree or a CS degree with Master's degree in Human Factors or Psychology is preferred.
Former software product GUI design experience is required. Having a combination of web based app. design with enterprise level SW design is fine.
