Senior Usability Lab Analyst
Position Overview:
This role will move from ideation to production through participating in all stages of product development for voice, data, web, print, software, and hardware. As part of our team role will conducts execute user-centered research up front and along the way to guide, challenge, and verify decisions in support of product development initiatives for both consumer and business related products. In addition key functions of this role will be to partner in the management of the Usability Lab, create recruiting screeners and testing protocols, test product designs against design criteria and identify points of departure, conduct and oversee usability tests, qualitative interviews, and behavioral observations and quantitative data analyses and create and deliver usability lab test reports and scorecards.

Selected Candidate Will Bring To The Table:
1. Enjoyment of utilizing analytic skills to find
multiple solutions to a problem by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses.
2. A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or human
factors.
