Usability Specialist
Position Overview:
Role will impact the total user experience and in most cases create it. Participate in all stages of development (ideation to production) and conduct research up front and along the way for voice, data, web, print, software and hardware we do it all.
Selected Candidate Will Bring To The Table:
1. An advanced degree in Human Factors Psychology or a
related discipline with 5+ years of experience in customer experience design.
2. Can make a difference by applying a broad knowledge
of users and technologies and understands the best and most profitable products are designed for the end user.
3. Ability to develop and articulate product concepts
to contribute and ensure the usability of all Sprint products and services.
