Working for this leading digital media agency, you will be employed to carry out research and testing programmes within the agency's lab facility. You will be responsible for the execution of client research projects and internal studies commissioned by the lab. A bright graduate, you will have 3 years research experience in a usability or product research environment. You will have delivered research groups, one to one interviews and usability sessions within a client or research agency environment. You will be responsible for project planning, co-ordination and organisation; partner, agency and supplier management; client liaison; delivering research projects; results analysis and reporting; and administration.

You will be a HCI/Ergonomics/product design/Psychology graduate, have experience of facilitation/moderation in a consumer environment, experience of arranging and delivering focus groups and one to one interviews. Ideally you will have experience in fixed line, mobile, web, application design and testing. An advocate of user centred design and process, you will be able to work in teams as well as in unsupervised situations, enthusiastic and hard working (including working flexible hours and sometimes evening focus groups) you will possess a friendly and articulate nature able to carry out user testing sessions effectively and concisely. A second European language an advantage.
