The Eastman Kodak Company is looking for an experienced Art Director to join a growing design team in Rochester, NY and help us shape new innovative web projects. We need fresh talent to revolutionize the way we design for the Internet. The Art Director Web, New Media Design is responsible for delivering the highest level of work that provides solutions to the client's needs. The Art Director must demonstrate proven Design leadership and needs to have experience in advance development, commercialization and production for the web.

Additional responsibilities to include: Work with graphic designers to translate the visual language of our brand to the web, creating the graphic interfaces and website structure for our products. Develop page-flow and information architecture. Work with designers and engineers to create interactive product demonstrations and presentations. Work with the Creative Director and the Marketing Managers to interpret creative briefs and translate them into complete websites.

Required Skills/Experience:
· 5+ years of interaction design, web design, animation, advanced
development and user experience design. User Interface Design of handheld to large-scale products. Communication and interaction skills with commercialization, research, business, and design teams. Art Direction and leadership skills to lead design teams. Interaction with external design firms with internal initiatives.
· Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of interactive authoring
techniques, user centered design methodologies and a desire to innovate
· Strong focus on user interface design and the user experience.
· Advanced knowledge of Flash (ActionScript)
· Strong graphic design and illustration skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with a team focus
· Strong communication and written skills
· 3D, motion graphics and video production knowledge
