Experience Lead (XL-HH)


Avenue A/Razorfish has an immediate opening for an Experience Lead in our New York office. As a member of our User Experience community, you would work with our strategy, creative, and technology teams to:

* Taking a leadership role in developing transactional,
informational, and marketing websites

* Understanding target audiences' needs, tasks, and goals and
translating them into creative concepts

* Leading and/or participating in immersive user research,
concept testing, and usability testing

* Developing user personas and scenarios to clarify results of
user research and focus the team's design efforts on the needs of key users

* Collaboratively developing prototypes for demonstration of
concepts to clients

* Developing and documenting detailed user experience
specifications for highly interactive interfaces


Qualifications


* Master's degree in a related field, such as human-computer
interaction, graphic design, or industrial design

* 5+ years experience as an information architect, interaction
designer, or experience designer (or similar role)

* Demonstrated ability to design complex transactional
interfaces, taxonomies and metadata frameworks, and templates for content management systems

* Demonstrated experience observing user research and
translating user research into design decisions

* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation
skills

* Experience in client services and negotiating business
decisions

* Willingness to travel
