My client is a leading global telecommunications operator and they are looking for a team lead for their handset UI team.
Description of Duties: -
Define strategy, develop and implement User Interface within the business and develop with relevant vendors
Job Description: Responsibilities
User interface to win customers, retain customers and drive revenue for the company Champion best user interface Branding & graphic UI Handset hardware interface and key layouts Use cases & usability Screen flows Wording & prompts International coordination and collaboration Manage small team of user interface designers and interaction architects
Operational experience
Minimum of 6 years experience of user interface design and implementation
Minimum of 3 years experience of UI within a mobile environment
Minimum of 2 years man-management experience Experience of managing 3rd party vendors and suppliers Demonstrable record of delivering innovative interface solutions to improve user experience Understanding of graphic design and interaction architecture

Self starter who is patient and thorough with good attention to detail Charismatic individual with ability to inspire with creative vision Presentable individual with strong presentation skills Ability to communicate with UK management team and shareholders Ability to sell ideas into the business and respond and adapt to management direction
Academic Background
Design or relevant UI degree or equivalent relevant experience
