>You will be responsible for:
>
>Leading the product design efforts in a small, productive team,
>creating development tools as part of Visual Studio .NET. These
>development tools will empower users to model and implement
>applications, based on the Microsoft Business Framework (MBF). You will

>- Theoretical and practical knowledge/experience with usability

>- Solid coordination skills. You are self-motivated and able to plan and
>drive your own tasks. You have the ability to multi-task.

>- Expert level in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio and Director.
