>You will be responsible for:
>
>Leading the product design efforts in a small, productive team,
>creating development tools as part of Visual Studio .NET. These
>development tools will empower users to model and implement
>applications, based on the Microsoft Business Framework (MBF). You will
>play a key-role envisioning, creating and validating the user
>experience of the development tools. You will, furthermore, ensure that
>your team focuses on usability best practices, during the development
>phase, e.g. user centered design and follow-up on issues and findings collected during usability studies.

>We are looking for:

>- Strong design and visualization skills. You have a well-defined design
>process in place and are up to date on new research in the field of
>product design. You are able to create rapid low-fidelity interaction
>prototypes, as well as realistic-looking prototypes in e.g. Director/Flash.

>- Proven track record with Windows UI design.
>- Theoretical and practical knowledge/experience with usability
>evaluation of UI prototypes.

>- Experience with current user-centred design methods, e.g. contextual
>inquiry, task analysis, cognitive walkthroughs, usability studies and
>user workshops.

>- Solid coordination skills. You are self-motivated and able to plan and
>drive your own tasks. You have the ability to multi-task.

>- Outgoing personality. You are ready to hunt down required information
>and resources in order to drive projects to closure.

>- An enthusiastic team player - both tactful and persistent. You can
>evangelize usability and design practices to wide range of teams and
>effectively brief teams on usability issues and proposals for improvements.

>You will be further qualified if you have:

>- Expert level in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio and Director.

>- Previous experience in user research around Visual Studio .NET.

>- Technical/software development background, knowledge of developer
>tools, and object oriented development.
