Position: Portal Architect/Developer- Enterprise Solutions Division
Locations: CA (Bay Area), NY, MA, DC, FL, and UK

Mission:
• To work on software applications with the latest
technologies, including, multi-tier architectures, component technologies and the Internet
• To work closely with the Project Manager of a given project
• To participate in project plans
• To understand the complex needs of customers involved in
transactionally intensive applications
• To initiate new projects by analyzing, planning and
estimating based on client needs
• To help identify and define enhancements to the Enterprise
Solutions methodology
• To understand the importance of personal utilization levels
Character:
• Has prior consulting experience and shares a client
service "mindset" with a teamwork approach
• Has the desire to remain technical and participate in a
developer role
• Has excellent written and presentation skills
• Has the ability to develop and maintain good, long lasting
client relationships
• Has the ability to take on additional management roles within
the consulting group (i.e. coach, mentor and career manager) Technology Assets:
• Java development experience - 2-3 years hands-on
• IBM WebSphere development experience - 2-3 years hands-on
(WebSphere Application Server Advanced Edition)
• Portal development experience in IBM WebSphere Portal Server
or one of the other industry leaders (e.g. Epicenter, Plumtree)
• Object oriented design
• Database design
• UML
• HTML
• Lotus Notes
• Domino development experience a plus
