The Eastman Kodak Company is looking for a skilled Department Manager to provide leadership and design direction to a diverse Print Media Graphic Design organization consisting of 10 creative and production designers.
This individual will be tasked with taking the Print Media team to a world-class level in support of the brand transformation.

Additional responsibilities to include: This position reports directly to the Division Director. He/she will be a key resource to the client, embracing brand character and marketing strategy, providing innovative and challenging solutions and perspectives, anticipating business needs, analyzing industry trends and contributing to marketing success. Position requires a skilled design leader with strong talent for creativity, package design and creative direction for Print Media design. Must be able to 'talk design' and make strong Design recommendations supported by strategic rationale. Ability to lead and gain alignment among cross-functional counterparts and project teams. Demonstrate strong over the top creative, sketching skills, computer skills and a personality that makes people want to work with you.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Must have a minimum of 10 years professional experience in print
media, CPG design
· Able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of print media design and a
desire to innovate
· Strong leadership skills
· Strong graphic design and illustration skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with a team focus
