CONTRACT POSITION: User Experience Architect
Centralis is currently accepting resumes for a contract position in our User Experience design practice. The selected candidate may, at our discretion, receive an offer of full-time employment upon successful completion of a contract engagement.

Responsibilities
- Perform user and task analysis to clarify user needs and define user scenarios
- Develop, analyze and document user-centered information architectures and navigation systems
- Develop, test and refine user interface design concepts via sketches, diagrams and wireframe prototypes
- Assist our team in planning, conducting and analyzing usability research initiatives
- Help other team members in performing administrative tasks as needed
- Provide excellent client service
- Some travel may be required
Qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS degree in a social science or software design-related field; MA/MS preferred
- 1 to 3 years of directly related experience in a corporate, consulting or academic environment
- Strong communication, analytical and creative thinking skills
- Prior experience with a variety of experience design activities
o Persona/scenario design
o Information architecture development
o Interaction design
o Prototyping
o Usability testing
- Ability to flexibly handle multiple projects and initiatives
