cxpartners is a young, rapidly-growing user experience consultancy based in Bristol. Our clients are based in London, Europe, Asia and the USA and are among the world's best known brands. Our work ranges from web to desktop software to mobile platforms.
We're looking for outstanding user experience consultants to join our team.
You'll make a difference by:
- Using new techniques to research users' behaviour - in the lab and in the field
- Designing exceptional user experiences
- Providing strategic thinking, creative ideas and practical advice
Personality counts - and you'll need to be enthusiastic, detail- oriented and have a fascination for people and how they interact with design.
You'll have a desire to learn - and we'll give you the opportunities and encouragement to help you grow. And you'll understand the real- world pressures our clients operate under, and be inventive enough to help them find ways to improve their products.

Your CV will show
- 2-5 years experience in usability and user experience design
- User testing / field studies
- A track record of developing designs that improve performance
- Portfolio of work demonstrating strong written / visual presentation skills
- Multidisciplinary experience in computing, communication, design & psychology
- Understanding of web and mobile technologies
- Valid drivers' licence

- Central Bristol
- Willingness to travel to our clients' offices in the UK and overseas will be required
