Arrangement: 6 to 12 month contract opening
Location: Work to be done on site, primarily, in Middletown, New Jersey
Title: Human Factors Engineer – Voice User Interface design and test
Seeking an individual to engineer the user experience for advanced, speech-enabled applications for Business customers. The individual should have a Masters or Ph.D. degree in cognitive psychology or a related discipline. Duties will include working as a member of cross-functional teams and performing some or all of the following activities: determining customer needs, writing functional requirements documents, designing call flows and dialogs, working with application developers and testers, and coaching voice talents. Knowledge of Visio is required; knowledge of VXML is a plus.
