User Experience Lead/Creative Director

Description:
Lead a team building a credit card self-service account center (approximately 1 year engagement) to deliver a compelling and effective site that supports the client's business goals.
Responsibilities:
Leading initial requirements gathering, research, and concept development working with the client's extended team.
Developing a vision for the new experience.
Leading a team of information architects, art directors, writers, and front-end developers to realize the vision.
Ensuring the quality of deliverables across all milestones and disciplines.
Lead business development (from RFP to securing the work) as needed.
Elevate the work through client consulting, team coaching and leading by example.
Participate in building a best in breed team driven by a mix of quality, innovation, strategy and unfaltering execution - partnering with existing CDs and team members.
Inspire the Creative/UX teams as well as the interdisciplinary teams involved in delivering user experience to develop benchmark solutions across multiple industries and verticals Career path guidance of multiple Creative/UX team members partnering with the Central Region Creative Director Staff.
Partner with Executive Creative Director on driving a vision and culture for the Central Region Creative/UX staff.
Insure and evolve Creative/UX Methodology working with/building on existing ones inside Central currently.
Requirements:
5-7 Yrs in Experience Architect/Creative Director role in interactive media.
Proven delivery in large, complex engagements (either in application design, e-commerce, self-service, or other transactional systems).
Proven ability to develop large scale client relationships that were longer than a year and over 1m in fees.
Ability to be both conceptual and strategic as well as hands-on and extremely detail-oriented.
Proven delivery within a user-centered design process that includes user research and usability testing.
Background in either Design, Content Strategy, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interactions, Copywriting, or Front End Technology.
Must be an articulate and compelling writer, understand brand, have a proven eye for art direction, and a proven ability to deliver on user experience design.
Ability to plan out against a timeline, budget and complex series of projects/deliverables Proven long-term team building and management experience with teams larger than 3-5 people.
Proven experiences working with Interdisciplinary skills (Technology, Project Management, Client Partners, Strategists).
Humble, confident and fair. Focused on quality work with the good of the team, client and business in mind.
Award winning work a plus.
